Step 1
Contact Bella Casa Property Management and speak with Dylan or Stephanie. We’ll schedule a free consultation either at either our McMinnville or Newberg offices, or at a location convenient for you.
Step 2
We’ll discuss our full list of management services and fees, contract terms, the handling of tenant and owner funds, bookkeeping and reporting, tenant and landlord laws and ordinances, and contract termination.
Step 3
A property visit will follow where we will inventory condition and amenities. Armed with solid research on the last 10-20+ most recently rented comparables we’ll recommend rental rates with a goal to rent within a month.
Step 4
Tenant marketing, screening, and retention comes next. We’ll work to attract qualified tenants with proper and aggressive exposure. Expect your listings to be on numerous websites as well as print classifieds, signs, and fliers.
