Dylan Summers

Dylan is our Property Manager, serving clients with reliable, professional customer care. From client engagement to managing our current portfolio, he is always happy to answer your questions or concerns promptly. Dylan has a background in corporate law, and holds degrees from Oregon State University and Reed College.

Bilingual Office Assistant/Maintenance Coordinator

Tereza Arriaga

With a background in banking, Tereza utilizes her organizational skills to ensure that maintenance requests and workorders are tracked and completed efficiently. Making sure owner and tenant requests are addressed quickly is her top priority.

Receptionist

Leona McNickle

Leona is the hub of BCPM, answering and directing all calls to our offices and ensuring dynamic and efficient communication. There are many moving parts to property management, and Leona directs tenant questions, owner inquiries, vendor communications, and anything else that may come her way.

Maintenance Tech

George Poh

George assists in the day-to-day maintenance of our rental properties, addressing tenant maintenance requests and assisting with inspections. George is proud to use his knowledge and experience to keep our property owners and tenants happy.

Office Manager

Chelsea MacBride

Chelsea ensures that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, directing accounting, leasing paperwork, and office staff. Her attention to detail and great organization comes from her degree in paralegal studies and years of managing offices in the last decade.

Portfolio Assistant

Correna Brix

Whether it’s engaging with inquiring tenants, showing available units, or managing our media platforms, Correna works hard to ensure rental leads are answered and properties are rented as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Maintenance Supervisor

Pierce Brix

Truly a jack-of-all-trades, Pierce leverages an extensive background in plumbing and contracting to manage unit turns, property inspections, client communications, and maintenance requests.
